I have become addicted to shooters. First person shooters. Third person shooters.

I used to hate these games.

Why?

Because I sucked at them.

Do I still suck at them?

I think so.

Do I care?

Pft, no. I'm having the time of my life. Just running around with a gun and killing anything in my path. Looooooooooove it!!!
For example, in Haze (for the PS3) you play as this soldier who uses nectar that enhances your senses. Which is fun. BUT here's what I love about the game and playing as a soldier. Your helmet has a built in scope! Freaking awesome. You can snipe with your pistol which by the way I love. This game is basically the real version of Alucard's Casull.

So, last night I play the F.E.A.R. 2 Project Origin demo. It was fun but not scary. That disappointed me. My friend, who played the first one, was being scared out of his wits. I must honestly admit that I was bored with it. It wasn't as scary as I hoped. Not with my Shotgun of DOOM! I love shotguns for some reason. There's something about the sound, the way bodies go splat!, and the blood spray that makes me giggle with delight.

In other news

Killzone 2 is coming out! Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! *runs around then pauses* I need to replay the first one. Hmm......Is it just me or do the Hellghasts look seriously badass? I think so.
I saw the opening to Killzone 2 and fuck. These guys are seriously phantoms. I thought they were freaky in the first game but now they're just beyond freaky. Best of all, I love them. It's satisfying watching them, observing them, then pumping their bodies full of bullets. <3!

Which also reminds me that I need to get:

Bioshock
Fracture
Killzone Liberation
F.E.A.R. 1 & 2

That list is there so I won't forget when I go game shopping again. It's crazy, I spent like a hundred dollars on games. Then I go to the book store and spent another hundred bucks there. I swear I'm addicted to video games and books. It's insane. One day my house will probably have an entire room with the walls covered with books. That's how many I have/will have as time goes on.
Hmm... another room might just have two walls aligned with video games. My, my, however will my lover be able to deal with that?

*dances*

More important news: I'M GOING TO FLORIDA. FUCK YEAH.

Not gonna say anymore because this trip is beyond special. Much needed too.

Anyway, I know no one is going to read this so I'm going back to Azerbaijan! Perhaps I can find something useful and fun there.
